Why is the solver not using FTs in future GWs?

This is expected behaviour with an "FT value" setting greater than 0.0, particularly for GW1. The solver will only highlight key moves, leaving flexibility for the use of FTs to handle unexpected future events- rather than plainly suggesting not to use the FTs.

If you reduce FT value to a lower setting, the solver will start outputting fleshed out plans. Default settings are targetting the strongest root move, though there is the capability to get it running with "literal settings" too however they may be fragile to random events.

Why is the planner suggesting I start a lower-EV player?

This is likely because the lower-EV player enables more autosubs due to their xMins/availability. The system maximises total EV whilst factoring in autosubs, not just raw EV alone, so although that player has lower individual EV, they yield a greater projection for the entire team.

Is the Free Model different from the Massive Data model?

Yes. The Free Model uses a smaller-scale, less advanced dataset as well as more simplified modelling techniques. It also does not have access to the full solver capabilities. It should, however, give you a chance to get familiar with the toolset and serves as a useful reference.

How often is projection data updated?

Projections update hourly, though may pause from ~4am to ~7am (UK/IE time) for daily backend tasks.

Why won't my team load in the planner?

Check that your FPL ID is stored correctly on the user settings page and that "Auto-Load" is enabled.

Why isn't Premium working?

Ensure you've logged in using the same Patreon account that has an active subscription:

• On mobile devices with the Patreon app installed, the site will automatically authenticate using the account you're already signed into
• Be consistent with the sign-in method you used during signup. For example, using "Connect with Apple" will connect to the site with an obfuscated email address
• If your subscription has just renewed, or you have just signed up, the Patreon API occasionally needs time to reflect the change

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log into Patreon and cancel your pledge. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
